We completed a full office renovation in Singapore for the NUS team, creating a modern, open-plan workplace tailored to their needs.
​Partition walls were removed to create a spacious layout with increased workstations, supported by newly installed power and data points. To balance openness with privacy, we added custom low filing cabinets topped with frosted glass, subtly separating the walkway from work areas.​
The office was further enhanced with new carpet flooring and a blue feature wall, bringing visual harmony and a calming atmosphere. This workspace renovation reflects Valencia's expertise in delivering efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments for institutions.
